Who/what is Nazo? Was he really supposed to be the Hyper Sonic in the unusual new style? A villain, as some profess? A hero? A new character?

That he's a Sonic clone gone wrong or something...made by Eggman. Kind of like a Metal Sonic, but not like him...less mechanical and more...chaos-y.
